When the CIA’s greatest asset – his identity known to no one – uncovers the agency’s secrets, he unleashes a worldwide hunt for assassins unleashed by his ex-colleague.
This is a new spy thriller starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana De Armas of the Russo Bros. Idk if I need to do a lot more selling than that.
2. What we do in the S4 shadow
Set primarily in Staten Island, New York City, New York, What We Do in the Shadows follows the lives of three traditional vampires, Nandor, Laszlo, and Nadja; Colin Robinson, an energy vampire; and Guillermo, Nandor’s familiar. The series revolves around vampires interacting with the modern world and other supernatural beings.
This show is one of the most underrated comedies going right now in my opinion. If you’re looking for a good show to check out that has a few seasons under its belt, this would be a good place to start.
3. The Raid 2 – HBO Max – 96/100
After surviving a bloody fight with powerful gangsters, Jakarta rookie cop Rama (Iko Uwais) thinks he can return to a normal life. However, his exploits in this fateful incident caught the attention of even deadlier criminals. His family in danger, Rama has no choice but to hide. He gets thrown into jail, where he befriends the son of a crime kingpin. Rama must put his own life on the line to finally destroy the criminal empire.
Whenever one of the raid films shakes and shakes, I will recommend it. These are two of the greatest action movies ever made PERIOD.
4. The list of terminals – Prime Video
A former Navy SEAL officer investigates why his entire platoon was ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. A former Navy SEAL officer investigates why his entire platoon was ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission.
We just interviewed Taylor Kitsch for this a few days ago and I finished the series today. It rocks. Great production value, a very good basic mystery and very good fight choreography.
5. The Dirty Dozen
During World War II, a rebel US Army major is assigned a dozen convicted murderers to train and lead on a mission to mass-assassinate German officers.
I talk about this film a lot because I have a lot of nostalgia for it AND I think it’s objectively a good film. It’s basically The Suicide Squad but WWII and a cast as big as an Avengers movie at the time.
