The Clearwater Harbor Marina is a beautiful marina with state-of-the-art concrete floating docks located in Clearwater, Florida, directly across from Coachman Park. The boat ramps are accessible from the Intracoastal Waterway at the Memorial Causeway Bridge and are part of the Cleveland Street shopping and entertainment district in downtown Clearwater, which is home to many shops, restaurants and art galleries. ‘art.
There are 126 boat ramps as well as over 1,000 feet of mooring for visitors and over 600 feet of mooring for day tours and special events happening downtown. The day area, designated platform “G”, will be free from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Overnight pass charges are $2.27 per foot per day, or $11.33 per foot per week.
Slips are available to anyone interested, regardless of city of residence, on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat slip lengths vary in size from 30 feet to 55 feet.
The docking facility will include 24-hour security, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, electric water and pump-out service. Electricity is metered and charged per kilowatt of use. Parking for the boat ramps is also conveniently located.

Parking opening hours
Clearwater residents and visitors with boats can park and launch their boats at the Seminole Boat Launch. The lot and ramp are located at 201 Seminole St. in Clearwater. It’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and there are eight launches.
The Seminole Boat Ramp parking lot is open and customers must now pay to park in the Seminole Boat Ramp parking lot. Pay-per-plate terminals have been installed in the car park and are easy to use. Customers can also pay using the Parkmobile app.
Buy a parking permit
Annual parking permits are available for purchase at $250 per year.
Rates
The parking rate for regular vehicles is $2 per hour with no time limit and the parking rate for trucks/trailers is $10 per day with a time limit of 72 hours. Parking is in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
