BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) – Redcon1 founder Aaron Singerman, awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to two federal crimes, now faces serious charges in the Broward County.
Singerman was arrested on Tuesday and charged with boating under the influence, property damage after an apparent accident and boating under the influence with children aboard the ship. We note that Florida uses a BAC charge of 0.15 AND children on board. It was not immediately clear who was alleged.
The arrest could decimate his federal plea deal, reached days ago on the eve of the trial for mislabelling nutritional supplements. The guilty pleas were in exchange for a prison sentence that can run for another decade.
Singerman owns nearly $ 10 million worth of homes in Seven Bridges and The Sanctuary.
